Return Policy

 

 

We offer a 14 day return policy.

This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

For a valid return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Depending on the shipping region, returns are processed through one of our authorized logistics centers, which operate on behalf of BLUNDI / LB ECom.

Important:

Returns or exchanges are only permitted with prior authorization from the BLUNDI Support Team.

Please do not return any products until your return or exchange request has been officially approved and you have received the corresponding authorized return address from us.

Products sent to our logistics centers without prior authorization or authorized return instructions will not be considered valid returns and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Important:

Returning products to the wrong address will delay your exchange or refund.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.

These costs are the customer's responsibility.

 

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can investigate and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Products Not Eligible for Return

Certain products cannot be returned: e.g., custom-made items (special orders or personalized products) and underwear (e.g., underwear and boxer shorts).

We also do not accept returns of products:
– from promotional collections
– vouchers or gift cards

Please do not purchase any product from the 2nd Life collection without carefully reviewing the photos and descriptions beforehand.

Exchange

Returning the product you received is the quickest way to get the item you want.

If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for exchanges. These are the customer's responsibility.

 

European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to withdraw from or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods were shipped to the EU or Switzerland.

As described above, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and processed your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
